Stretch into your Sunday at Cathedral Square Park!

Every Sunday at 9 AM, the Wisconsin Athletic Club leads a FREE, all-levels yoga session at Cathedral Square Market. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just curious, it’s the perfect way to reset your body and mind for the week ahead.

No pre-registration is required–just bring your mat or towel and meet us in the grass at Cathedral Square Park (520 E. Wells St.)

Stay for local vendors, fresh coffee, live music and more from 9 AM-2 PM.
